About
FFT2 Wildland Firefighter provides entry-level wildland firefighter skills and provides instruction in the primary environmental factors that affect the start and spread of wildfire, and recognition of potentially hazardous situations. Students will be introduced to fire resources, tactics, risk management, suppression techniques, efficient water use, wildland urban interface (WUI), and hazards in the wildland fire environment. Students will receive NWCG upon completion of the class.
