About
The Automotive Service Technician program is designed to train students in the area of automotive mechanics. Our program is offered half-day. Students receive hands-on live training in all aspects of automotive technologies. Topics include: Automatic Transmissions/Trans axles, Brakes, Electrical/ Electronic Systems, Engine Performance, Engine Repair, Heating and Air Conditioning, Manual Transmissions, Suspension and Steering. This is the second year of the Automotive Technologies program. You must take Maintenance and Light Repair as a pre requisite.

Program Information
- Automotive Service Technician is a 30 credit, 675 hour program
- Automotive Service Technician is 2 semesters
- Individual ASE Student Certificates will be awarded at the end of each program
- ASE Entry Level Testing on site
- This program qualifies for Federal Aid (Pell, SEOG, Federal Work Study, etc…)
- Must pass Maintenance & Light Repair as a prerequisite
