Join a fun team with a growing company! You will be working with the salespersons to design buildings that include residential, commercial, and agricultural. There are three steps in the design process with different applications to complete each design. Detailed drawings will be completed for each job. There will be a 90-day training period on one software provided with remote training. Other applications will be trained in-house.
Requirements: -Prefer to have 1+yr experience with designing (auto-cad, other) -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; architectural and/or engineering – Must be detail oriented and organized
Responsibilities: – Create designs in timely fashion -Designs include, but not limited to: Floor Plans, Elevations, Mitek structural design with LOOK’s wall panels and trusses) -Optimizes designs before transmitting to shop –
Applications for design work: Chief Architect, Sketchup, Mitek, and possibly AutoCAD
