This course exposes students to experiences emphasizing nursing skill and health science, the history of nursing, licensing requirements and basic pharmacology. Graduates will be prepared to assist patients with various day-to-day activities in hospitals, doctor’s offices and other facilities under the direction of a nurse in charge.
